SAFE HOLIDAYS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUTS
We have introduced measures designed to prevent crowding. In particular, we require guests to send us, by email or other means, all the necessary check-in information before arriving as well as a copy of the ID document they will show on arrival.
ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
In accordance with current regulations, we are adopting new measures of sanitation and hygiene in addition to our usual ones. Rooms will be available after being subjected to a thorough sanitization of the entire space. On request, disposable masks, gloves and disinfectant gel will be provided free of charge. Guests may ask that cleaning staff not enter their room during their stay.
The most recent guidelines have prohibited buffet breakfast bars, so breakfast will instead be served directly in your room or, on request, outside in an area set aside for each room: the hanging herb garden, the Jasmine Pergola or the nook veranda.

Guests can order their preferences (cakes, fruit, yogurt, cappuccino, coffee and much more) a la carte the day before, and specify when they would like breakfast to be served.
